It is great to see so many returning residents, and we look forward to more of you arriving soon.
Please remember that Gabby’s role is the school and the store. That alone is a full-time job. Moving forward, we ask that you allow her to be successful in her job and bring ANY resident-related items to Alan. This includes maintenance, payment of housekeeping/water/air-conditioning, photocopies, and general inquiries. As for packages, we will continue to accept them at the store. Due to the sheer number of packages received, please note that as of today, we will move any packages received to the guest hall just past the entrance of the building at the end of the day moving forward. You don’t need to advise us you have a package coming, as we always accept packages for residents. Also, if you’re ordering from a major retailer, that will let you know when the package has been delivered so you can collect it.
We thank you for using the updated housekeeping and maintenance work order systems. Based on your feedback, we are constantly upgrading to make them more user-friendly. By now, you all have met Marco, the new full-time maintenance man. We are excited about his enthusiasm and skill set. We have planned many projects for him in the coming months, so you’ll see the results shortly.
